The Community Building is centrally located in Falls Park next to the Pendleton Historical Museum and the falls overlooking Fall Creek.
The Community Building has a 1600 square feet banquet area and the following amenities:
- Men’s and women’s restrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with 2 stoves /ovens, microwave and refrigerator.
- 12 electrical outlets in the banquet area
- 20 tables (2 ½’ x 6’ rectangular)
- 100 chairs
- Fireplace (firewood provided by Park)
- Piano
- Heat and air conditioning
Note - Renters are responsible for set up and cleanup of their event. Trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided. Tables and chairs must remain in the building.

Non-profit organizations can contact the Falls Park Office at 765-778-2222 regarding pricing. Tax exempt organizations will need to provide a copy of their tax exempt form. Non-profit organizations must provide proof of 501(C)(3) status.
Weekend and Holiday Rates will increase $5.00 each year hereafter. Holidays include New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. *Updated January 2023
