Rental Facilities
Falls Park has several facilities available for rent. The Shelter Houses, **except the Large Shelter House** are available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Rental Times
Rental times for the buildings are 10:00 a.m. – midnight, no exceptions. Rental times for the Large Shelter House are 8am to 12pm, 2pm to 6pm or 8am to 6pm. If you need the building earlier for set up, you can consider renting the building for the day before (if available) at the applicable rate. Note - Renters are responsible for set up and cleanup of their event. Trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided.
Facility Rules/Rental Agreement
Alcohol is not allowed within Town parks (Town Ordinance P-1974-1). There is No Smoking in the facilities (State Ordinance IC 16-41-37-2). Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9:00 p.m. (Town Ordinance). Please see the Rental Agreement for additional rules. A Rental Agreement must be signed at the time of key distribution.
Payment Policy
Payment in the form of cash, check or money order is due 60 days prior to the scheduled reservation date in order to secure the reservation. If payment is not made 60 days prior, the reservation cannot be guaranteed. Payment can be made payable to Falls Park by mail to Falls Park, P.O. Box 221, Pendleton, IN 46064. It can also be made at the Park Office, which is located at 460 Falls Park Drive. Credit and debit cards can also be made over the phone at 765-778-2222. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 3 pm.
Refund Policy
A 100% refund will be given with a 30 day or more notice, a 50% refund will be given with a 2 week notice; less than 2 weeks notice, the rental fee will be forfeited.
Key Distribution
The renter will need to pick up a key to the facility and sign the Rental Agreement the week preceding the rental date. The Park Office is located at 460 Falls Park Drive. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
