The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) establishes historic        districts and reviews certificates of appropriateness for development and alterations within the downtown business district.

The HPC consists of six members appointed by the Town Council President and Historic Fall Creek, Pendleton Settlement. The Commission meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm in Pendleton Town Hall.
