Parks and Recreation Board

The Parks and Recreation Board exercises the general supervision and makes the rules of the parks department. The Board prepares and  submits an annual budget to the Town Council, makes                                      recommendations and an annual report to the Town Council                      concerning the operation of the Board and status of park and             recreation programs in the district.

The Parks and Recreation Board consists of seven members appointed by the Town Council, the Library Board, the School Board, and the Circuit Court Judge. Board meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6 pm in the Falls Park Office located at 460 Falls Park Drive.  Special meetings and cancellations are posted on the park calendar.
