MS4 General Permit Notice of Intent

Statement

The Town of Pendleton (100 W State Street, PO Box 230, Pendleton, IN 46064) intends to discharge stormwater into the Foster Branch (HUC12 051202010806), Flatfork Creek-Fall Creek (HUC12 051202010808), and Prairie Creek-Fall Creek (HUC12 051202010804) and is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the MS4 entity's intent to comply with the requirements of the MS4 General Permit to discharge stormwater run-off.
