The Indiana Office of Community & Urban Affairs Historic Renovation Grant Program (HRGP) is now open for grant applications. The HRGP is in support of preservation and rehabilitation of historic properties in the downtown and created to stimulate downtown economic development. Individuals, partnerships, joint ventures, corporations and the like are strongly encouraged to apply.
