Historic Facade Matching Grant Application Now Open!

The Town of Pendleton is happy to announce the Madison County Food and Beverage Tax: Historic Preservation Facade Grant is now accepting applications. This is a 50/50 matching grant for up to $50k to repair and rehabilitate buildings in the historic downtown. This can include exterior work such as: brickwork, door and window replacement, inappropriate modern material removal, limestone repair, etc. Please download the PDF application below and email a completed form to hurbanski@pendleton.in.gov.
