Elm Street/Main Street Drain and Roadway Improvement Project

The Town of Pendleton is hosting a Public Informational Meeting to share important information and gather community input on the Elm Street/Pendleton Avenue Drain and Elm Street/Main Street Roadway Reconstruction Project. The meeting will give an overview of the project scope, including storm drain improvements along the railroad bed and roadway reconstruction on Elm Street from Main Street to Pendleton Avenue as well as on Main Street from Elm Street to Madison Avenue. The meeting will also include Q & A session and provide an opportunity to share feedback.

The Meeting will be held on Monday, the 8th day of January, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Pendleton Town Hall, located at 100 West State Street, Pendleton, Indiana 46064. The meeting will also be accessible via Zoom. Information on how to log into the Zoom meeting is available on the Town’s website and Facebook page.

You are invited to attend and participate in the Public Informational Meeting. The preliminary project drawings will be on file and available for examination and copying by January 2, 2024 at the office of the Planning Director at the Town Hall, 100 West State Street, Pendleton, Indiana, during regular business hours, and will be available at the public meeting. Any written comments submitted to the Planning Department by January 8, 2024 will be shared at the Public Informational Meeting.  

The Town invites property owners along the project path to participate in a survey to provide contact information for project updates as well as to gather feedback, questions, comments and/or concerns about the project.  See Survey QR Code below.
