200 Years ~ 200 Trees

Madison County Bicentennial Tree Planting Project

The Madison County Stormwater Quality Partnership and Anderson Rotary Club are hosting the Madison County Bicentennial Tree Planting Project.  Communities across Madison County together will plant 200 trees countywide in celebration of the 200 Year Anniversary of Madison County.

Trees provide our communities MANY benefits and there is no better way to gift our future than to plant trees to be enjoyed for years to come!

On Tuesday, October 24th, we will be hosting the Tree Distribution Day where municipalities across Madison County will come and pick up FREE trees to be planted in their respective community.  The Tree Distribution Day will take place at the Falls Park Community Building, located at 299 Falls Park Drive in Pendleton, Indiana.

Volunteers needed to help load trees at the Tree Distribution Day and plant trees.  To serve as a volunteer for this event, call us at (765) 778-8370 to learn more details and to register.  See attachments below.Event Logos
