Updated UDO

Our Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) has been updated by Planning Commission and Town Council. The amendments reflect changes to manufacturing defintions and detailing plat languages. It is available for download on the "Approved Documents" tab on the home page of our website. Please contact the Planning Department if you have any questions or issues downloading.
