Request for Proposal & Qualifications - Community Aquatics Center

The Town of Pendleton, in conjunction with the Pendleton/Fall Creek Township Park Board, South Madison Community School Corporation and other community partners hereby issues a Request for Proposal and Qualifications to prospective entities interested in submitting a proposal and statement of qualifications to design, build, finance and operate an indoor/outdoor community Aquatics Center through a Public-Private Partnership. 

Details in regards to the Aquatic Center Specifications, RFPQ Requirements, Requests for Clarification are outlined in the attached RFPQ.  The RFPQ also provides the Anticipated Schedule with key deadlines for Requests for Clarification and Responses.
