4th of July Fireworks in the Town of Pendleton

Should residents and/or business owners wish to set off fireworks between now and July 4th, we ask that you be mindful of the following:
- Be aware of the dangers of fireworks and follow Firework Safety Tips (https://www.nsc.org/home-safety/tools-resources/seasonal-safety/summer/fireworks)
- Limit the setting off of fireworks between the hours of 5 pm - midnight
- Be extra cautious of the dry and extreme heat weather conditions
- Remove any debris fallen on roadways, alleys, public right-of-way and/or sidewalks
