Building Rental
Rental Fees:
Rental fees for the Community and Conservation Buildings are as follows:
Monday thru Thursday $45.00 per day
Friday $80.00 per day
Saturday / Sunday $120.00 per day
Commercial Rate $150.00 per day or
$340.00 per week
Building rental fees are subject to 7% State Sales Tax. If your organization is tax exempt, please provide the Park with a copy of your Tax Exempt Form.
Building Information:
The Community and Conservation Buildings are available to rent 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. Note - Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their event. Trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided
The Community Building is centrally located in Falls Park next to the Pendleton Historical Museum and the falls overlooking Fall Creek. The Community Building address is 299 Falls Park Drive.
The Community Building has a 1600 square feet banquet area and the following amenities:
- 2 men’s and women’s restrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with 2 stove /ovens, microwave and
refrigerator.
- 12 electrical outlets in the banquet area
- 20 tables (2 ½’ x 6’ rectangular)
- 120 chairs
- Fireplace
- Piano
The Conservation Building is located at 520 Falls Park Drive. The Conservation Building is nestled back off the road and has its own parking lot. The Conservation Building is within walking distance to Alvin D. Brown Memorial Swimming Pool and to the Pendleton Fall Creek Township Sports Complex.
The Conservation Building has a 1600 square feet banquet area and the following amenities:
- 2 men’s and women’s restrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with 2 stove /ovens, microwave, and refrigerator
- 8 electrical outlets in the banquet area
- 20 tables (2 ½ ‘ x 6’ rectangular)
- 120 chairs
The Gazebo can be reserved for a fee of $25.00 per day. The Gazebo is used for a variety of events from Weddings to Birthday parties. The Gazebo is equipped with electrical outlets and lights in the ceiling.
The Park does not plan events for the Gazebo. The Park does not rent or provide chairs for the Gazebo. Tents held down by stakes are not allowed at the Gazebo due to underlying utility lines. We ask that if you have a flower girl, real flower petals be used instead of artificial petals for easier cleanup.
Please keep in mind the Gazebo is located in a public park. Parking is not guaranteed or reserved. There will be people walking, running, bicycling, and playing in the park. There will be traffic driving through the park as well.
