The purpose of the Board of Stormwater Management (BSM) is to provide uniform and centralized management of the stormwater collection and conveyance systems and activities in the town.
The BSM consists of three members that are appointed by the Town Council President and meet the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm at Pendleton Town Hall.
